Yikes-a-roonie. My legs are screaming. Plyometric workouts kick my butt, but man they also feel so good.  Today my plyo run down was:

180’s 15 reps x 3 sets

Side Skier 20 reps x 3 sets

Mogul 30 reps x 3 sets

Skater 20 reps x 3 sets

Jumping Jack Squats 20 reps x 3 sets

It got me sweating, and warmed up for the rest of my workout.
