Peanut Butter Smoothie

I made one of the best smoothies ever!  I found some recipes for the Peanut Butter Moo’d Smoothie from Jamba Juice, and then I made my own version.

2 Handfuls Spinach

1 container of Activia Light Vanilla Yogurt

1 Banana

2 tbls smooth peanut butter

2 tsp cocoa powder

4 tsp sugar (I will try truvia next time)

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup ice

Blend everything together, and enjoy!  This could easily be made with soy or almond milk, and any kind of yogurt.  It is really creamy and smooth.

The spinach is not necessary for the taste, but it adds fiber, folic acid, Vitamin K, a bunch of other good stuff and a little green color!!
